MTNL Mumbai's Missed Call Alert service is free to all Mobile subscribers.
For availing this service every Mobile customer will have to forward the calls to short code 53434 for desired conditions like Forward When Busy, Forward When Unanswered, Forward When Unreachable for getting missed call alert from MTNL Mumbai.
In majority of android phones, process for call forwarding setting is as follows
Phone > Setting > More setting > Call Forwarding > Voice call > [Select Call Forward Condition] > (Enter Call forward short code 53434)
