You will be required to submit following documents along with duly filled Customer Application form (CAF) for taking an MTNL prepaid or postpaid connection.

- .Address card with photo issued by Dept. of Posts as Proof of Identity & Address
- Current passbook of Post Office/Any Scheduled Bank as Proof of Address, with photo as Proof of Identity & Address (Not older than 3 months).
- Aadhar(UID) card
