Customer Advisory – Protect yourself against fraud

Customers are advised to exercise due caution in responding to any suspicious SMS or missed calls from unknown numbers.

Some customers are receiving missed calls from unknown International numbers. Customers are advised to avoid responding to ISD missed calls from unfamiliar ISD numbers. Calling back on these malicious numbers may lead to heavy charging at higher ISD rates.

Customers are also suggested to exercise due diligence in responding to unsolicited communication related to lotteries and contests claiming easy prize money or freebies. Avoid divulging personal or confidential information to untrusted sources.
